We've been bringing cars to KG for many years. Always excellent service. They fix it the first time. Never a time when we had to bring the car back when the first fix didn't work. Several cases where they came up with a cheap fix when they could have charged far more. On one occasion an exhaust noise sounded like catalytic converter needed replacement. Car was old enough for this to be true. I authorized replacement. KG found it was a loose heat shield. Charged $25. Could have replace converter and charged hundreds. Another case, power steering fluid cooler rotted out. KG knew this car was used only locally. Came up with cheap fix that worked fine when they could have charged far more.
