"Good, honest shop."
I've used this shop before for repairs. They are always nice and do the work fairly quickly. I've had major work so it was expensive for me but other shops would have charged me the same. I was able to get a small AAA discount so that helped a little. They called a while after to check if everything was ok.

"Very Impressed"
I was wary of this shop because we weren't from the area and didn't know anything about it other than it was the closest place to where we broke down. I was thoroughly impressed with the professional service I got for a good price. I often feel like I'm being taken advantage of at auto repair shops, but never felt that way here. I was impressed that the owner cared enough to call me to come back so he could remove a sticker that had been left on a pipe. He said he cared too much about his reputation to not fix something. I may even drive all the way back for future repairs/service.

"Honest and personable"
Honesty and courtesy sum up this shop. Have not had to follow up with any problems after work performed. Tom is direct and makes no bones if work will cost more than you would like, but you not be hit with a last minute surprise on the bill. Is willing to accommodate you for drop off and pick up.

"Great Shop!"
I love Arthur's Sunoco most of all because they will tell me if I don't need to do something yet (ie; if my brakes are still good for another 2,000 miles or my tires don't need rotating yet) instead of just doing it for the money! They will try to save me money every time I bring my car to them. They know all of their customers by name & are a very friendly bunch. If I ever get another job away from them I'll miss them very much! A good, honest mechanic is a precious thing!
