Steve and his crew have kept us informed of repairs needed, estimates, and the schedule for working on our vehicles. It is so rare to find a skilled, reliable shop able to deal with the entire spectrum of car repairs. Steve and Michael really understand service...they are courteous, knowledgeable, and run a highly professional business. They always manage to do a little extra--change the wiper blades, wash the car, provide a loaner, get the heat going in the winter when you pick up your car--without being asked.

Nobody ever wants to deal with car repairs but seriously it is a PLEASURE going to Advance Auto. Everyone, from the friendly receptionist Pam, to Steve the Owner, are professional, kind, courteous and really understand the meaning of excellent customer service. Just this week my car window got jammed in the down position. With rain showers predicted in the forecast, I immediately went to Advance Auto. I didn't even call. Steve greeted me with a smile, immediatley took a look at my car hopeful that he could do a quick fix. Unfortunately the window was jammed in the down position....he assured me he would get the part that day and fix my car in a few hours. Job complete. No runaround, no hassles, no 2-3 week wait, just plain ole great customer service at fair and reasonable prices.

I've been going to this shop for 5 years and am about to move away. I may drive the 60 miles to keep them. Honest, nice people, good service and they give good advice too. I had the added avantage that I could leave my car and walk home. You don't get that too often.

Advance Auto Service is great. My husband and I have been very happy with the regular maintenance - oil change, etc. and the additional repair that we have had over the past 4 years. They are extremely professional. Mike and Steve remember their customers and their cars as well as their administrative staff - Pam. They are impeccable. They obviously run a tight ship and I recommend everyone I know to them. You can't go wrong with getting service from Advance Auto Center.

Honest mechanics are hard to find and that is what you get at Advanced Auto. They always give me a fair price and do not attempt to do more than what is necessary. Finding a place to put you car can be a challenge but they are busy for a good reasons.

"Service Above and Beyond..."
I've been bringing my car exclusively to Advance Auto Center ever since a friend recommended them about 5 years ago. They've always impressed me with their speed, level of workmanship, and diagnostic "knack." Additionally, Steve et al. are happy to explain their assessment/suggestions in detail and are willing to listen to a customer’s side of things (i.e. no simplistic “brush-off” explanations, just clear answers and good dialogue). I trust them to keep my aging “city car” rolling in top form. Recently, my wife’s car suffered some severe transmission damage after receiving a routine flush at a chain oil change franchise. After noticing a great deal of noise, vibration, and a few other indicators shortly after the service was done, we brought the car to Advance Auto to investigate. In short, the mechanics quickly deduced that the damage was clearly the result of some errors made at the oil change franchise. Ultimately, this required replacing the transmission – which Advance Auto did beautifully – but there was also a great deal of red tape to cut through in dealing with the franchise, the claims adjuster, paperwork, etc. The entire staff of Advance Auto went above and beyond helping us navigate all of the bureaucratic back-and-forth, patiently fielding numerous phone calls and faxes. In addition to providing great repair service they ensured that we made it through the claims process unscathed. A truly excellent shop, top to bottom. We can’t thank you guys enough!
