You can tell a lot about a service business, by how they perform when under stress (by things like supplier failures, or schedule glitches, or being short-handed). Ashland Service Center did a great job; I couldn't have asked for more!

I usually hate taking my car to the mechanic because I think they are dishonest especially when they see a woman, but my experience with Bob was totally different. He was honest and corteous

"Fast, friendly, affordable, straight shooter"
YES!!! ASC has serviced both our vans, keeping one on the road at more 160,000 miles, and the other more than 170,000 miles. 5 kids, 2 adults, four jobs and no school buses, we RELY on Bob Gooch and his mechanics to make our days smooth. He solved some real buggaboos with these old cars where others could not do so, and gave us a very affordable bill compared to prior shops we used. My family HIGHLY recommends this honest and competent facility for general maintenance and tough problems that come up with our vehicles. 2 cars, one stop shop, happy family.

First heard of Ashland Service thru a former co-worker and have been a loyal customer ever since. They've serviced all three of our Toyotas, as well as a Buick Century, so we know they are knowledgable in both imports and American cars. Always super friendly and pleasant and they ALWAYS call BEFORE they do any kind of work to let you know what you will be looking at in terms of time and money. Great place!
